The registration fees for participants includes: Workshop Attendance, Conference Proceedings, Coffee breaks, Welcome Reception, a Traditional Conference Dinner. The registration fees are 100 € for participants registered before May 1, 2012, 150 € after May 15, 2012 and 25 € for students. For Suceava county tour extra fee 100 €. For inclusion of an accepted paper in the Conference Proceedings, at least one author of the paper must register at the Conference.

* The registration fee for participants includes: Workshop Attendance, Conference Proceedings, Round Table Conferences, Coffee breaks, Welcome Reception.
The early registration rate is 100 € before May 15th, the regular registration rate is 150 € after May 15th, and 25 €/50 € for undergraduate students.
The Registration fee is valid for only 1 accepted paper, an additional amount of 25 € being charged for each additional paper.
** North Moldova trip, Suceava County tour is 50 €, including transport, lunch, dinner and museum entrance tickets, on June 29, 2012.
*** Accommodation in Malini (breakfast, lunch and trip included) for 1 night (June 29-30) is 50 €, and has to be paid before May 15th, 2012.
The rates for co-authors, Master and PhD students, and the accompanying guests are the same as for main authors.
For inclusion of an accepted paper in the Conference Proceedings, at least one author of the paper must register at the Conference.

After making the payment, each first author is asked to send the following documents by e-mail, at wesc2012@eed.usv.ro:
- Scanned copy of payment order;
- Filled in and scanned Registration form;
- Declaration of Copyright with holograph signature, according to the attached model.
